By looking deeper into areas such as gut health, hormone balance, immune function, and nutrient status, we can identify what has disrupted your system and develop a plan to restore balance.

Because every person’s health journey is unique, I take an individualised approach—designing tailored strategies that may include nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle changes, and supportive practices. How it works:

Step 1: Initial Discovery Call

We’ll begin with a short, complimentary call to ensure we’re the right fit to work together. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share your concerns and get a feel for my approach without any obligation.

Step 2: First Consultation

Before your appointment, you’ll complete an in-depth health questionnaire. This helps me gain a comprehensive understanding of your health history and often highlights important patterns and root contributors. Your first consultation is a 90-minute session where we’ll explore your history in detail, discuss your current concerns, and agree on clear next steps.

Step 3: Your Personalised Health Plan

Within one week of your consultation, you’ll receive a tailored health plan with clear, practical guidance. This will include personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, targeted supplementation, and where appropriate, functional testing to gain deeper insight into your health.

 

Step 4: Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up consultations are available to existing clients and are designed to support ongoing progress. During these sessions, we’ll review how you’re responding to your plan, discuss any test results, and refine your approach to continue addressing underlying imbalances.

Hello, I’m Neha, a Functional Nutritional Therapist.

By my late twenties, I was struggling with IBS, painful periods, and fibroids. I lived with constant discomfort, fatigue and frustration. Every GP appointment seemed to end the same way: I was told my symptoms were “normal” and that the only option was to manage them with medication. Deep down, I knew there had to be a better way to feel truly well.

Coming from a family that values holistic approaches to health, I began exploring nutrition and natural healing and that’s when things started to improve. By supporting my gut health and addressing underlying hormone imbalances, my energy returned, my symptoms eased and I experienced firsthand how much targeted food and lifestyle changes can help the body regain balance.

This experience inspired me to retrain in Nutrition and Functional Medicine so I could help others address their health concerns and support lasting well-being.

I work with people experiencing ongoing or unresolved health concerns, including hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, skin conditions, allergies, fatigue and more. My approach focuses on identifying the root cause of symptoms rather than simply managing them. Every person’s journey is unique, and each health plan is tailored to your individual needs and goals.
